30+ Magical Baby Girl Names With Meanings and Origins
Mag is an aspiring writer with great hopes for the future and an abnormal obsession with reading.
Intro
As a child I loved fiction and magic. Honestly, I still do. I remember I used to make up stories where I was the hero in all the classic books. In these stories, I helped Harry Potter defeat Voldemort again and again, I was there to aid Alex and Conner Bailey in stopping the Evil Queen, the Enchantress, and all the other evil villains. I would have incredible characters with awesome backstories and lifestyles. In my mind, I was the hero. The only problem was, I could never pick a name that was interesting or special enough to suit my characters. I never could seem to find that name that just fit perfectly.
Well, here in this article are a few names I have found over that years that (to me, at least) seem magical. Because whether you're naming your newborn baby or dreaming up a storyline where you rule the world, this article is here to help!

Note
Some names in this article have meanings that may not seem the most magical, such as Arlene (free man), Jocelyn (little Goth), or even Melisande (burner of ships), but to me, sound is key. Although Avelina may not have the most magical meaning (wished for child), the name itself is beautiful, mysterious, and unique!
Please let me know if these names inspired you or a loved one; I'd love to hear from all of you.
