The Spiritual Pregnancy
What Are Spiritual Pregnancy Experiences?
Have you had a spiritual pregnancy experience?
Maybe you've dreamed something about your unborn child, and later discovered that your dream wasn't just a dream? That it was somehow real?
Or perhaps you've experienced pregnancy-related signs, dreams, or moments of inner knowingness, which prepared you for what was to come?
Have you ever felt that your baby was introducing him or her self to you, or communicating with you, before birth?
Experiencing prophetic pregnancy dreams, noticing spiritual pregnancy signs or moments of pregnancy intuition, and sharing inner dialogue with one's unborn baby all fall into the category of spiritual pregnancy experiences, or prebirth communication as those experiences are often called.
Pregnancy And Spirituality
Pregnancy seems to be a time of heightened spiritual awareness for many women. It's not at all unusual for pregnant women to experience prophetic dreams about their pregnancies or babies, to notice signs which serve to guide them in their decisions or prepare them for what is to come, or even to sense things within themselves as a powerful inner knowingness -- a knowingness sometimes so strong, it leaves no room for doubts.
The Spiritual Pregnancy Project
A few years ago, a friend and I were talking about spiritual pregnancy experiences. As we compared notes, we began to realize just how powerful and life changing these experiences can be. Yet if a woman is not looking for these types of pre-birth communication experiences in her own life, sometimes she may pass over one without fully realizing what has happened, what the experience means, and how much of a gift she has been given.
My friend and I decided we'd like to help increase awareness about these types of spiritual pregnancy experiences to women around the world so that they too can look for the experiences in their own lives. Also, we decided we'd like to provide some tips for those women who are looking for this type of spiritual experience. Thus, the Spiritual Pregnancy Project was born!
We decided the best way to spread awareness about spiritual pregnancy experiences was to create a website and a book on the subject, and maybe even to offer workshops on the topic at some point as well. In addition to providing information and tips on spiritual pregnancy experiences, we'd also like to share stories about pre-birth communication experiences happening to women around the world. Therefore, we are now in the process of collecting true stories about women's spiritual pregnancy experiences for our websites, book, articles, and workshops.

Types Of Spiritual Pregnancy Experiences
Prophetic Dreams, Signs, Intuition / Inner Knowingness, And Pre-Birth Inner Dialogue!
While collecting stories for our book, we've discovered that many women have a spiritual pregnancy story to share! Here are some of the types of spiritual pregnancy experiences we've learned about so far.
Prophetic Pregnancy Dreams
Many women experience dreams early in their pregnancies which let them know they are pregnant, or that they are having twins. Prophetic dreams about the gender, personality, health, or appearance that their infant will have, or that prepare women for complications during pregnancy or delivery, are also common. Many of these dreams are very vivid and are often described as "dream meetings" with their unborn child.

Pregnancy Intuition And Inner Communication
Some pregnant women have shared with us about times when they sensed something within themselves as a strong inner knowingness or intuition. A few moms even described special Soul to Soul inner dialogue communications they'd had with their unborn child! Spiritual Pregnancy Signs
Some moms experience signs or messages which let them know various things about their pregnancies or babies, such as the gender of their unborn child or that they themselves are pregnant. Other signs guide pregnant women in their decisions.
One unwed woman, for example, was wondering whether to keep her baby or give him up for adoption. As she sat pondering her choices, she heard a song on the radio which suddenly made her decision clear for her. The song was: "You're Having My Baby," She decided to keep the baby.

How Did You First Find Out About Your Pregnancy?
The first hint that I was pregnant came from:
Connecting With Your Unborn Baby
Some women find that engaging in prenatal meditation, contemplation, or spiritual exercises helps them connect more with their unborn babies. When you get in the habit of taking a few minutes everyday to look within yourself, and just listen, you may soon find there is something to listen to. Whether you identify yourself as listening to your own higher self, to the universe, to life, to your intuition, to God, or to your baby, you are strengthening your spiritual listening skills.
There are many ways to go about this. Some women may prefer one method, while others may do better with another. But the important aspect of all of them is getting quiet and then listening within.
One Technique For Connecting With Your Unborn Baby
Here's one technique you may wish to try. Find some place comfortable to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and think of someone or something you love. Fill your heart with love. Perhaps you'd like to think about your love for your partner, your children, or for your unborn baby. Then when you are ready, begin to sing / chant Huuuuuuu in a long drawn out voice. It's pronounced like the man's name, "Hugh." Try singing/chanting it with love for about five to ten minutes, and then just get quiet and listen within yourself. You may want to ask your unborn baby a question. Just remember not to do all the talking yourself. The key here is to listen.
