It never ceases to amaze us how many people in the United States continue to be casually racist, but looking at the children who are growing up in 2022 does offer us a bit of hope for the future. If you're a parent, you know how easily kids can show each other so much love. Being inclusive and embracing diversity are just two things that tend to come naturally to them.

So we weren't surprised at all to see one little boy on a very passionate tirade against racism on TikTok, but we were surprised to hear his brother's response to it. And if you couldn't help but laugh, don't worry — you're not the only one!

In the original video, the little boy, who is white, is heated while talking about how Black people are not "treated as fairly as white people." His brother, who's sitting right next to him, suddenly stops him and says, "are we white people?" This might just be the first time it occurs to him. LOL!

This is such an innocent yet hilarious moment that it's hard not to crack up, and this man who reacted to the video seems to agree — not just because it was funny, but because he seemed to feel better knowing he was part of the group being treated more fairly!

"The relief on that young man's face when he found out that he was a white person — incredible," the man, who is Black, said.

He went on to say that this is the perfect example of how easy it is to acknowledge your privilege. "That child will put an end to racism and he is now my white ally," he joked.

It's funny, but it's true — it really is that easy to acknowledge your privilege and move through life using that privilege to help those who don't have it. These kids have it right!
