Twins Get Their Own Beds But Guess Where Mom Finds Them Every Night

It's actually adorable.

Raising twins is full of surprises, but some of them are so adorable that you can't even stand it. That's true of raising non-twins, too, of course, but there are some things that only parents of twins can experience. Kind of like what happened in this video from @thewilliamsonfam

As the mom explained, they recently switched her twins from cribs to separate toddler beds, which gives them unimpeded access to each other. When they go to bed at night, they start out each in their own bed. But then, when mom goes to check in on them in the middle of the night, something has changed.

So adorable! It makes so much sense; for babies who spent 9 months together in the same womb, there must be something unbelievably comfortable about sleeping next to each other. And there's really no harm, right? There's no question they'll grow out of this sleeping arrangement at some point, after all. "Every time I go in there, my heart feels like it’s going to explode," wrote the mom, and who can blame her?

Commenters were so touched, and totally related...
"My twins end up in the same bed too!"
"I’m a twin and my mom said we did this too. Sometimes we even pushed beds together."
"this was me and my twin up until we were like 10 !"
"I take care of twin sisters. They're 90 and the first thing they do when they wake up is look for each other. I'm not kidding"
"This is one of the sweetest things I’ve ever seen. So touching"

So darling. And they probably sleep great!
