I am turning 35 this year. Last month my period was late, and it was very light. It wasn't enough to fill a tampon, and barely a pad. This went on for three days. I've been talking to a few friends who said it might be due to my age. This month I am late. Today is my 35th day. I have not been on birth control since October, and have been regular. Could my body just be going through changes because of my age, or am I pregnant? Should I take a test or see my doctor?

It could be due to age. I am the same age and have noticed that my cycles are sometimes irregular. I suggest taking a test first. If it is negative, then perhaps you should see your doctor.
