I had pink/brown spotting 11 days before my period. It only lasted for two days and was very light, kind of like mucus. I'm experiencing excess thirst, upset stomach, nausea, very mild cramping, and a bit of fatigue. Could I possibly be pregnant?

Answer

If your period came on time, after the spotting, then I would say it was just a little random mid-cycle spotting.

However, if you're saying that you had some spotting 11 days before your period was due and now you're having pregnancy symptoms, then it's possible that the spotting was implantation bleeding. Having implantation bleeding 11 days before your period is due isn't common since implantation usually happens a couple of days before your period is due. But, periods, ovulation, and conception can be weird, and there's always the possibility that your dates are a bit off.

Once your period is only two or three days away, I would say it's okay to start testing. If the tests come back and you get your period, then just keep an eye on anymore mid-cycle spotting. If it happens again, let your doctor know.
