I had sex during my menstrual cycle which was about three weeks ago. A couple of days ago, I began getting lightheaded and experiencing headaches and tiredness. Could I be pregnant, or is it something else?

These are all symptoms that are common to early pregnancy, but they're also common to premenstrual syndrome, so it's possible that you're just on the cusp of starting your next cycle.

It's also possible that you're coming down with a virus since it's that germy time of year.

A common misconception is that you can't get pregnant during your period, but that's not true since sperm can live for days, and ovulation can happen earlier than predicted.

If you want to take a test to see if you're pregnant, I would use a pregnancy test timing calendar to get an idea of when you can start testing. It will have you input the dates of your last period and how long they usually last for to give you a reasonably accurate date to begin testing.
