I managed to get my 3-month-old to take a bottle last night for a dream feed by starting with the breast and then switching over to a bottle. If I continue this, is it likely he will start to accept a bottle when awake? Similar to you he took a bottle with no problems when he was first introduced, but he was not given it consistently and now at three months is flat out refusing it.

Keep switching him to a bottle during dream feeds. If he's taking it, that's a good sign. During the day, have someone (other than you) try the walk and distract method described in the article. I think you are on your way!
