That depends on who you ask, honestly. Some people will tell you to lay back with your hips propped up by a pillow afterward, some people will tell you to only eat certain types of foods or to do some crazy ritual. My best advice for conceiving during ovulation is to just really make that fertile time count - get down to business as often as possible and in general, try to live a healthy lifestyle that includes a nutritious diet, regular exercise and staying away from cigarettes and other substances that wouldn't positively contribute to your health. And, it's cliche, but try not to stress out too much. Easier said than done, I know.
Also, if you're not currently, I would track your ovulation either through temping, ovulation tests or both, to make sure you're right on target!
