I'm experiencing cramps, extreme back pain, and pain on my side. I've been eating a lot and I feel nauseous. I'm also dealing with indigestion, shortness of breath and a late period. Could I be pregnant?

Answer

If you still have not gotten your usual period then, by all means, yes, you could be pregnant, and you need to take a pregnancy test.

If you did get your period, then, unfortunately, these symptoms can also be attributed to premenstrual symptoms. Oh, the fun of being born female!

As a side note, if you're still experiencing a lot of severe pain (that makes it difficult to walk), you should call your doctor.
