My first pregnancy test showed one line, but after a day I went back to check the pregnancy kit, and it had two lines. I tried to take a second pregnancy test, but it has only one line, which is negative. Am I pregnant or not?

After the first 10 minutes of taking a pregnancy test, the test is considered invalid. The two lines you saw the day after you took the first test were evaporation lines. Since you got another negative test, I would say at this time that you are not pregnant.
