My period is generally always on time. However, last month it came early, and now I feel I'm pregnant. I don't know when to check if I've missed my period or not due to the sudden change of my cycle. When do I check?

If you're not temping and charting ovulation, the best way to check is to use a period predictor calendar. Always(dot)com had a period predictor calendar that is awesome! After you input the dates of your last period and some other information, it will give you a projected timeline for when your period should start.

If you find that according to the calendar your period is late, then it's a good indication that you should take a pregnancy test.
