My period was six days long. For about seven days, I’ve had different symptoms than usual. I started out with slight cramps on my right side, and I've been feeling nauseous. I’m hungry, but I don’t have an appetite, and some food smells make me feel sick. I've had headaches and felt dizzy at times. Yesterday, I started having these nervous feelings, like butterflies in my stomach. Could I be pregnant even though I had my period?
If you are in the middle of your cycle, it's possible that you are experiencing ovulation symptoms, which can mimic pregnancy symptoms. It's also possible that you have an illness. Of course, if you feel that you might be pregnant, you can always take a test.
